Classic lace knitting is a very traditional method of creating delicate and intricate work. During the day we will work up small samples of this technique, staring with the simplest designs, moving on to more complex edgings.
We will work from both written patterns and charts, look at the abbreviations and symbols as we progress. Pick up tips and hints on pattern choice, correcting mistakes and picking up dropped stitches.
Suitable for those who can knit and purl confidently.
