Description

Leave behind the busyness of the modern world, your routine and responsibilities and join like-minded people to relax and enjoy mindfulness and yoga.

Suitable for all levels of ability and experience, from those with a regular yoga and meditation practice to those wishing to simply discover what these are all about.

This event includes yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness and chakra talks and practices. Along with time to rest, read, walk in the countryside, chat with other guests, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Dillington House.

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the schedule is relaxed and casual – you are welcome to do as much or as little as you like!

Residential Fees From: £358.   Non Residential: £240

Course runs from Dinner on Friday to Lunch on Sunday.

Tutor information

Bev Alderson, through her business Practically Balanced, works with individuals, groups and workplaces wanting to take a positive approach to wellbeing. She previously worked in IT management, in the UK and Australia.  Here she learnt first-hand the impacts of a high-pressure environment and lifestyle and how, left unchecked, these can negatively impact health. Bev completed a Diploma in Yoga with Qi Yoga, Sydney.  A Certificate in Stress Management with the London Centre for Coaching and Counselling & an ILM with the Stress Management Society, a Diploma in Mindfulness with the British School of Meditation and a Diploma in Nutrition with Gateway.
