Description

This is a very inspirational day where you will work on pre knitted swatches, we will practice our embroidery stitches, add applique, embellish the surface in various ways including beads, crochet and pom poms.

Feel free to bring a knitted item you would like to decorate or refashion and we will work up a design for you to start in afternoon of the workshop.

Suitable for anyone with basic sewing and knitting skills.

Tutor information

Tracy was born in Hampshire and spent her early years by the sea. She moved to London to study and spent a few very happy and interesting years working for Rowan Yarns. She has instructed at the Liberty Sewing School and has taught in many locations throughout the UK and overseas. She has run varied workshops and courses ranging from beginner to City and Guilds Level II. She has previously worked within Television and Film and she has three published titles of design work to date.
