Whilst there are still many unknowns ahead, this should not stop us taking our own wellbeing by the reigns and enhancing the aspects of our lives that are in our control.

In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to assess how fulfilled you are with the key aspects that constitute a happy, healthy, and successful life.

From here you will be able to set your unique goals, targeting what you can start or stop doing, to bridge any gaps and to get the absolute most out of the year head.

You will receive lots of practical ideas and techniques – to help set achievable goals that will see you get back on track and to enhance your wellbeing in 2022.

Tutor information

Bev Alderson, through her business Practically Balanced, works with individuals, groups and workplaces wanting to take a positive approach to wellbeing. She previously worked in IT management, in the UK and Australia.  Here she learnt first-hand the impacts of a high-pressure environment and lifestyle and how, left unchecked, these can negatively impact health. Bev completed a Diploma in Yoga with Qi Yoga, Sydney.  A Certificate in Stress Management with the London Centre for Coaching and Counselling & an ILM with the Stress Management Society, a Diploma in Mindfulness with the British School of Meditation and a Diploma in Nutrition with Gateway.
