Friday Lunch & Lecture – An Auctioneer’s Ten Commandments
Description
This talk, intentionally light-hearted and informal in tone, comprises anecdotes in the form of `Ten Commandments` derived from 35 years working as a picture specialist at Sothebys, Phillips and (since 1999) Lawrences in Crewkerne.
An ideal lecture if you have a general interest in antiques and auction rooms but no specific knowledge is required. The content is anecdotal and it is not intended to be educational.
Includes lunch. Lunch is served from 1pm and lecture begins at 2pm.
