Description

It is fair to say, that a number of people find it difficult to buy garments that are the perfect length, sleeves too long, or maybe a zip breaks in that favourite dress.

The answer is to gain the skills necessary to alter the garment ones self.

Enjoy an informative day covering a range of techniques in sewing alterations, skills that will be life long and very useful.

This practical course will equip students with the knowledge of how to achieve professional alterations to their garments, whether it is to replace a broken zip in a favourite pair of trousers, take up the hem on a pair of jeans, or shorten an evening dress.

You will need to bring your sewing machine to the course.
