Dame Agatha Christie has been dead for more than forty years but remains a household name and is still the bestselling author of all time. Fellow crime writer Diane Janes shares the fascinating and sometimes surprising story of how a woman with little or no formal education rose from obscurity and eventually outsold everyone except Shakespeare and the Bible.

All-comers welcome.

Includes lunch. Lunch is served from 1pm and lecture begins at 2pm.
